Mission:

A specialized center for training and human resource development across various sectors, committed to disseminating training knowledge that integrates modernity with contemporary technology to meet the demands of the labor market.

Objectives:

Through its activities and programs, the Center aims to achieve the following objectives:

• Fulfill the vision, mission, and strategic goals of the University of Tal Afar in the fields of training and education.

• Supply state institutions and the labor market with highly qualified professionals equipped with advanced scientific and practical competencies across all sectors.

• Promote excellence in performance by supporting, developing, and improving the services provided by the Center—including the adoption of electronic governance systems in administrative work—and building an infrastructure capable of adapting to new developments while maximizing financial resources.

• Enhance educational and knowledge-based expertise by designing training and educational programs aligned with international standards and labor market needs.

• Promote digital educational culture among learners and foster a learning environment that adopts modern teaching and learning methodologies, thereby supporting the achievement of contemporary learning outcomes.

• Sustainably develop trainees’ skills in accordance with global training standards and attract highly qualified training staff.

• Expand communication and foster an environment for training and knowledge exchange through broadening cooperation and partnerships with regional and international institutions.

• Integrity and impartiality: The Center promotes ethical values among trainees and encourages both trainers and trainees to serve the community with neutrality and without personal bias or ideological influence.
