Training Division

The Training Division delivers specialized training programs that aim to enhance the academic and professional skills of individuals and institutions. These programs help bridge the gap between theory and practice, align with labor market requirements, and contribute to improved institutional performance.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Implementation of Training Programs

  • Deliver training courses and workshops planned by the Development Division for target groups within the university and state institutions.

  • Organize specialized courses in teaching methods for university faculty and lecturers from other institutions.

  • Appoint qualified trainers based on required specialties and provide them with appropriate preparation.


2. Capacity Building and Skills Development

  • Train academic, administrative, and technical staff across all university colleges and departments.

  • Design training programs tailored to meet labor market demands.

  • Focus on enhancing the capacities of employees to support institutional performance improvements.


3. Logistical and Technical Support

  • Provide suitable learning environments, including venues, equipment, and digital tools.

  • Identify technical and logistical requirements necessary for executing training programs.


4. Documentation, Evaluation, and Monitoring

  • Assess training outcomes through feedback and output analysis.

  • Publish an annual training course guide and share it via the Center’s official website.

  • Prepare schedules and maintain archives of completed training programs in coordination with the Administrative Affairs Division.


5. Planning and Development

  • Develop an annual improvement plan for the division that includes future training objectives and activities.

  • Implement a comprehensive development program to enhance the quality and effectiveness of training services.
