Administrative and Financial Affairs Division
The Administrative and Financial Affairs Division aims to efficiently and transparently manage the human and financial resources of the Center by applying approved administrative and financial procedures and ensuring smooth and effective workflow. The division supports the Center’s various activities by managing official correspondence, documenting records, following up on staff affairs, and overseeing expenditures and budgets — all in alignment with the Center’s strategic goals and institutional performance development.
Functions of the Division:
I. Administrative Tasks
1. Human Resources Management:
Organizing staff affairs (task allocation, performance monitoring)
Issuing administrative orders related to start and end of service
Managing official leaves and tracking absences
Maintaining attendance records and staff-related data
Preparing professional and training development plans for employees
2. Official Correspondence and Records:
Archiving official documents and administrative orders
Organizing and distributing official letters to university colleges and ministries
Managing incoming and outgoing mail
Responding to correspondence from ministries and governmental departments
3. Documentation and Organization:
Coordinating administrative meetings (scheduling, agenda preparation, minute-taking)
Organizing daily administrative activities and events
Preparing periodic administrative reports related to the Center’s operations
4. Inventory and Assets:
Monitoring inventory and conducting annual audits of furniture and assets

1. Financial Affairs:
Monitoring financial expenditures and ensuring alignment with the budget
2. Budgeting and Financial Planning:
Tracking administrative and financial expenses to ensure efficiency
3. Procurement and Contracts Management:
Identifying the Center’s material and equipment needs
Following up on purchasing and receiving supplies

Preparing an annual development plan for the division
Developing an integrated program to enhance the efficiency of administrative and financial operations
