Development Division

The Development Division enhances the institutional performance of the Center by designing a clear operational roadmap, updating training programs, and adopting continuous development methodologies that meet the needs of targeted groups within and outside the university.


Key Responsibilities:


I. Strategic Planning and Development

  • Develop the Center’s operational roadmap and outline the general methodology for training and development.

  • Prepare an annual development plan for the division that includes comprehensive programs and initiatives.

  • Analyze current practices and propose improvement plans to enhance the quality of training services.

  • Implement and monitor government-related training programs to ensure alignment with the Center’s vision.


II. Training Program Development

  • Identify the training needs of target groups (university staff and government departments).

  • Design and update training curricula in accordance with instructional design standards.

  • Adopt modern technological methodologies in training (e-learning, simulations, digital platforms).

  • Develop training methods in line with global trends in education and professional development.


III. Technology and Information Systems Utilization

  • Develop information systems within the division to streamline the achievement of operational goals.

  • Establish a documented database containing comprehensive information on workshops and training programs.

  • Digitally archive training workshops and development events using modern electronic methods.


IV. Technical and Administrative Support

  • Issue official participation certificates for training activities.

  • Evaluate training performance and analyze the outcomes of courses and development programs.

  • Collaborate with relevant entities to update training content in alignment with labor market needs and technological advancements.
