Instructions for Course Participation


First: Participation and Program Implementation Instructions

  • Official attendance follows the announced program schedule, and punctuality at the specified time and place is mandatory.

  • Participants must be actively engaged in developmental work; enrolling in a course without a clear purpose is not allowed.

  • The implementing entities issue attendance and release orders, which are handed to participants on the program’s closing day.

  • The program will be executed only if the number of participants reaches 60% or more of the planned number.

  • Participant absence during the program is considered absenteeism, and the implementing entity will notify the participant’s department accordingly.

  • A participant is considered to have failed the training program in any of the following cases:

    • Not attending the program without a valid excuse from their department or the organizing authority.

    • Absence exceeding 15% of the total program hours.

    • Failure to complete program requirements, including any examinations if applicable.

  • Participation certificates are issued by the implementing entity in Arabic, English, or both languages, and certificates are granted upon payment of a specified fee.


Second: Nomination Procedures

  1. Nominations should be made through the candidates’ departments, where nomination letters for programs are sent directly to the implementing entity sufficiently in advance to allow confirmation of participation using the attached nomination form.

  2. Nominations from the private sector should be made by contacting the implementing entity directly after completing the designated nomination form.

  3. In case a nominee withdraws from the program, the organizing entity must be informed well in advance of the program start date.
